Request a TEO Tutorial

We are always adding new tutorials to our website but if you have a specific question that has not been answered on our site then a small donation can help us produce a tutorial for you.  A donation is not necessary to request a tutorial but tutorial requests that are accompanied by donations will get priority.

Before requesting a tutorial please check the tutorial request queues. If your question has already been posted you will be able to increase its priority via a donation.

Request and Donate:

  1. 2.At the end of the payment process, click on the button that says “Click to leave your request”.

  1. 3.Type your request in the provided text box. When composing your request remember that our goal is to keep the tutorial concise. For instance, we try to keep video tutorials under 10 minutes when possible so please keep your questions as specific as possible.

Request without a donation:

Please give us at least 48 hours to process your request and add it to our tutorial request queues.
